KCCA’s Brian Majwega to join URA FC on loan

Brian Majwega is set for loan move to URA

Brian Majwega is edging closer to a move to URA Football Club but on loan according to reports from KCCA Football Club.

The attacking midfielder who has one year left on his contract fell out with Mike Mutebi who swore never to play him again as long as he is still in charge at KCCA FC.

Mutebi accused Majwega of absconding from training for a month a couple of days after the player accused the club of breaching his contract and later handed in a transfer request.

“For me we are not going to accept that,” said Mutebi then. “Brian Majwega is going to come here and apologize to KCCA and I can clearly tell you, he isn’t going to be a KCCA player; we are not going to be dealing with wild players. Not, not at all. He can go anywhere but has to go through the processes to leave this club.”

There were reports that the Uganda Cranes player could join SC Villa but close sources to the Kasasiro indicate they have opted to loan him to URA instead of their rivals.
