Egypt coach Hector Cuper will make changes to the side that lost 1-0 to Uganda Cranes in the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifiers last Thursday.
Cuper admitted it was a difficult game against Uganda promised to ring one or two changes during the return leg in Alexandria when the two sides meet on Tuesday.
“We will make thorough analysis of the game when we return home. We expect to make one or two changes.
“A win in the return leg will see us again on 9 points and back on the top of the group.
“We had a complicated match against Uganda Cranes. We tried various formations but none could yield any result.
“The playing surface too had issues.”
The two countries face off on Tuesday in Alexandria.
Uganda Cranes are already in Egypt ahead of the tie.
