Daniel Sserunkuma netted a winner for Express as the ‘mukwano gwabangi’ overcame URA in their Uganda Premier League encounter on Tuesday.
The Tax Collectors were the better side for most of the game but failed to connect home.
Said Kyeyune piled up the misery for URA as he limped off for Shafik Kagimu.
Sserunkuma was hero at half time when he tapped home from close range off Mubarak Nsubuga’s low shot that was parried into his way.
URA piled pressure in second but their efforts were not enough to salvage a point.
The Red Eagles’ display meant their second successive win of the campaign which takes them to 7 points, URA remaining on five.
Express are now fourth placed on the log while the Tax Collectors drop to 11th.
