Jose Mourinho was seen writing away in his notepad in the first half of Manchester United’s clash with Liverpool.
His side claimed a 2-1 victory over his rivals to consolidate their position as second on the log.
Sky Sports cameras focused on the Red Devils boss as he frantically scribbled down some tactics, perhaps for his half time team-talk.
Some would explain a different system, or inform a player of what he expected from them. Others simply read: “Win”.
A close-up of his notepad briefly showed what the Portuguese had been scrawling down, and it is very difficult to read.
However, it does appear to allude to the “2nd ball” and there also appears to be the word “Rom”, perhaps referring to Romelu Lukaku.
And it is what exactly happened when Marcus Rashford, who won the second ball from Lukaku before finding the back of the net with a wonderful strike.
