Uganda Cranes towering defender Bevis Kristofer Kizito Mugabi says he’s delighted the side kept a clean sheet in a goalless draw against Malawi.
Mugabi expressed delight with the clean sheet, but again, in equal measure portrayed agony with the goal-less draw.
After the game, Mugabi using his official twitter handle, stated;
Nice way to finish camp with a clean sheet! Shame we couldn’t push for the goal in the end!
Thank you once again for the warm welcoming.
The Yeovil Town defender earned his first cap in national colours against West African island nation, Sao Tome and Principe during the 3-1 victory in which he played 88 minutes before being replaced by KCCA’s Timothy Awany.
