After overcoming Botswana 2-1 in the 2017 AFCON qualifiers Group D match at Francistown Sports Complex, the Uganda Cranes are expected back home early Monday morning.
After the game, the team briefly returned to the Cresta Thapama Hotel in Francistown for freshening up and dinner.
Thereafter, they were driven in the Botswana Football Association (BFA) bus to the boarder post with Zimbabwe for clearance.
The night was spent at Cresta Churchill Hotel in Bulawayo. On Sunday morning, the team flew by Air Zimbabwe to Harare where they are expected to fly to Entebbe International Airport via Ethiopia on Sunday evening.

We are expected to have a stop over in Addis Ababa before setting off at Entebbe International Airport where we shall reach by mid-night.
William Luwagga Kizito and Khalid Aucho scored Uganda’s two goals that elevated them top of Group D.
