Despite having challenges the two first time air travelers faced at the immigration department at Entebbe International, they were warmly welcomed as they interacted with a couple of the team players with ease.

“Life is moving on well and we are getting used to the environment, new players, food and the general set up. The training is also interesting” Fazilah, also the FUFA reigning footballer of the year told Airtel Football.

The two players have also managed to meet the Ugandan male footballers at Gokulam Kerala men football club; Musa Mudde and Henry Kisekka.

They were also accorded leisure time at the vast Indian beaches with the rest of the players as means of relaxing and refreshing.

The new season in India for the women football league  is expected to kick off mid April 2018.

Gokulam Kerala Women Football Club is a professional football club based in Kozhikode, Kerala that will be playing for the first time in the India national women league.
