KCCA midfielder Sadam: We played as a complete team for the ‘sweet victory’

Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) Football Club midfielder Ibrahim “Juma Nature” Sadam Juma has lauded his teammates after an impressive show against Egypt’s Al Ahly on Tuesday.

After two months out with an injury, Sadam returned with pomp, shooting from long range to earn KCCA’s opener against the Egypt Premier League champions.

The former Vipers and Express playmaker has since thanked his teammates for the superb victory against experienced opponents;

We played as a complete team and  I thank the rest of the my teammates for the job well done. It was a sweet victory. We faced one of the best clubs in Africa but we had the belief that we could achieve the best result.

Team captain Timothy Awany scored a late penalty as the 12 time Uganda Premier League crowned the day with a phenomenal 2-0 home victory.

KCCA’s next game comes on 17th July 2018 away against Tunisians Esperance.
