Alex Komakech and Ashraf ‘Fadiga’ Mugume are the new inclusions as
the Uganda national U-23 team (The Kobs) departed for Juba city, South Sudan ahead of the return leg in the AFCON U-23 return leg.
The highly billed affair is slated for Tuesday, 20th November 2018 at Juba National stadium.
Nyamityobora FC’s left back Alex Komakech and Police FC’s midfielder Ashraf Mugume have been encompassed in the 18- man traveling squad at expense of Proline’s David Owori and URA’s Ronald Kigongo respectively.
Wasswa Bbosa’s side required a late Mustafah Kizza penalty goal to starve off the spirited South Sudan side at Star times stadium Lugogo last Wednesday and head into the return leg with a slim one goal advantage.
The delegation has 27 people in total with 18 players and 9 officials.
The winner on aggregate will face Tunisia at the next stage of the qualifiers.
