Tooro United FC condemned URA FC to their seventh draw of the season when the two sides played out a goalless draw at Mandela National stadium on Tuesday.
The result means the Tax Collectors, although left with their coveted unbeaten status, have mustered in just two wins from nine opening games while Tooro were recording their fourth draw.
It also reinforced the apparent goal scoring problems that have become a debilitating headache to coach Sam Ssimbwa.
They have scored just once in their last six outings.
The first half of the game ended goalless with the only watershed moment involving Tooro’s goalie Joel Mutakubwa pulling off a superb save to thwart Shafik Kagimu free kick in the 40th minute.
Ssimbwa made double substitution at restart of the second half withdrawing Shafik Kagimu and Robert Mukongotya for Mathew Odong and Vitalis Tabu.
Allan Kayiwa missed a chance to put the visitors into the lead and add to his four goal tally thus far but shot wide from a Mahad Yaya Kakooza delivery.
The larger spells of the second half were devoid of action with goal scoring chances few and far between both sides.
URA retained their 8th position with 13 points while Tooro United who remained 12th on 7 points respectively.
