Uganda Cranes and Charlotte Independence defender Henry Kalungi has continued with his charity work by donating more gloves, boots and other gear to upcoming talent at Aggrey Memorial Field.

Kalungi alongside his wife Jacqueline Kalungi, URA FC CEO Ivan Kakembo and members of his foundation replaced wooden goal posts with new metallic ones before cleaning up the field as well.

Speaking to Airtel Football after another day of supplying the gear, Kalungi said they gave out “5 pairs of goalie gloves, 27 pairs of boots two sets of training bibs, a full set of jerseys 6 soccer balls among other things.”

“I started my youth soccer at this field. Yesterday was humbled to go back with my family to provide stable goals and help clean it up. They have been using wooden goals for the past 10 years.”
