Roberto Firmino has revealed Mohammed Salah’s weakness after the star won the 2018 CAF Player of the Year award.
Roberto Firmino says that there is at least one area that Mohamed Salah is lacking in, but it isn’t going to cost Liverpool on the pitch in their title challenge.
The Reds resume their quest to win a first league title in 29 years at Brighton on Saturday, where they’ll be looking to shrug off the disappointment of back-to-back losses to Manchester City and Wolves.
Salah’s weakness was exposed when he picked up his second successive African Footballer of the Year award on Tuesday, when the ceremony closed with him doing a rather awkward dance.
“I saw it on the internet!,” Firmino laughed.
“I would like to congratulate him on winning the African Player of the Year award for the second consecutive year.
“And yes, I saw that they tried to make him dance… he tried, but I don’t think it’s his forte!”
