KCCA FC midfielder Saddam Juma and Gift Ali have both promised better performances from the franchise after the club suffered elimination on two fronts in less than a week.

The side lost to Tooro United in the Uganda Cup on penalties after suffering exit from the CAF Confederations Cup despite a 2-0 win at home over AS Otoho D’ Oyo.

Juma who appeared on Urban TV on Tuesday promised a better show after the misfortunes, Gift Ali also re-emphasizing the point on his social media page.

“It’s been a tight run, I know for a matter of fact on the inside, we are beaten but we will have to get back, regroup and bounce back stronger,” Saddam said.

“We shall bounce back stronger,” Gift Ali added as well via his Twitter account.

KCCA FC will now have to focus on the Uganda Premier League after exiting all competitions ahead of the second round.

The Kasasiro are currently top of the table with 36 points from 15 games played. Vipers follow in second position with 29 points from 13 games played.
