Big League side Entebbe FC is reportedly in advanced talks with the trident of Henry Wamala, John Kisakye and Bruhan Matovu to join the side.
The trio were banished out of Nyamityobora FC during the course of first round on allegations of indiscipline.
However, Airtel football has learnt the threesome are on the cusp of joining Entebbe FC on short term six months deals.
In similar realms, the Big league stragglers, who endured a a poor first round, have held takes with former Nyamityobora head coach James Odoch to takeover as head coach and fill the void left by coach Allan Kabonge.
The eccentric Kabonge threw in a towel over unknown reasons earlier this month.
The club management led by patron Anthony Kimuli and Odoch’s entrouge are believed to have found a compromise and the deal is on the cards.
The Entebbe based side registered one win, five draws and lost four out of the 10 games played in the first round of the Elgon group leaving them with just eight points in the relegation dog fight.
