Wakiso Giants in action

Still unbeaten in 11 games of the season, Wakiso Giants has spat venom game after game with impressive displays.

Kirya’s coached side also leads the Elgon group with 24 points, four ahead of second placed Dove All Stars.

Today when they face JMC Hippos, they will boast of new signings Norman Ogik, Yasin Mugume already sparkling; having scored on their debut during the 3-0 win against Amuka Bright Stars.

Other important team players on the side include trusted captain Moses Ali Feni, Fahad Kawooya and Steven Bengo among others.

We have 9 more games to play and one of them comes on Thursday. The Big League is the toughest division in Uganda and we know anything can happen between now and May so we are going to just try and win all our remaining games so that we are not under any sort of pressure in the end. JMC are a very strong side like all the other teams. We will respect them regardless of their position and we will try to get all three points in the end.
