KCCA FC midfielder Sadam Juma has returned from injury after quite a long spell on the sidelines.
He had been ruled out for over 12 weeks after he suffered a ligament tear in the middle of December last year.
This happened after he was stretchered off the field during their 3-2 loss against archrivals Express FC on Tuesday, December 11 which was confirmed by head coach Mike Mutebi.
That time, Juma joined teammates Julius Poloto, Peter Magambo and Bernard Muwanga on the list of injured players.
Now the player returns and he says he’s “hungry” to start all over again.
“No player would love to be out injured,” he told media.
I have missed playing football. I am hungry to play and can’t wait to get started again.Sadam Juma
KCCA FC battle BUL FC in the Uganda Premier League on Wednesday and they look to tighten their grip on top spot following a goalless draw against Bright Stars in their previous outing.
Juma will require a late fitness test to assess whether he can feature in the tie.
