Ndejje University vs Vipers SC

Mbarara City will play host to rejuvenated Ndejje university at Kakyeeka Stadium in a league affair on Wednesday.

Charles Livingstone Mbabazi, Head coach Mbarara City

It will be one of the three games lined up for match day 24 – the others having Bright Stars host Nyamityobora FC while Police will take on Paidah Black Angels at Lugogo.

Morale won’t be a problem for visiting Ndejje as the league debutants are coming at the back of a pulsating 2-1 home victory over Vipers SC last time out.

14th placed Ndejje, who are battling relegation in their debut season, won the reverse fixture 2-1 in Bombo.

The two events – winning the reverse fixture and a morale boasting victory over Vipers- will surely help Coach Raymond Komakeh’s boys fancy their chances.

Hosts Mbarara City , for their part, are enduring a scintillating season with the side threatening the top two title favorites.

The drew goalless last time out with Express FC to go 40 points, 11 better than their overall points last season.

Coach Livingston Mbabazi will miss the services of youngster Ivan Eyam who is currently on Cranes duty.

But in Paul Mucuerezi, Jude Semugabi and Makweth Wol the Mbarara based side boasts the quality to harm any side.
