Azira’s Montreal Impact seeking third league win at Children’s Mercy Park

Uganda Cranes’ midfielder Michael Azira and his colleagues will be looking for their third win with MLS outfit Montreal Impact against Sporting Kansas City at Children’s Mercy Park, Kansas City on Saturday.

Impact have started the season brightly, recording two wins from three away games, a marked improvement on 2018 where they managed just three away league victories.

The Impact are unfortunately winless in their last three visits to Kansas, although both teams have scored in four of the last five overall H2Hs.

Meanwhile Sporting Kansas City (Sporting KC) have replicated their start to both 2017 and 2018 (W1, D1, L1).

They lost just three MLS home games last season (W11, D5, L3), and have now scored two or more goals in their last six competitive matches here.

Azira has featured in all Impact’s games this season (three), even making a spectacular assist in their 2-1 loss to Houston Dynamo.
