FUFA Appeals Committee has upheld the decision by the FA’s Competitions Disciplinary Panel (CDP) in docking Proline points and fining them.
This follows a spectacle in which Proline failed to honour their tie against Uganda Premier League side SC Villa.
Proline didn’t turn up to play against the Jogoos after their players Mustafa Mujjuzi and Bright Anukani were called up by the national team for the friendly against Kenya on a FIFA gazetted International day.
Here is the FULL ruling by the Appeals Committee.
Proline FC’s appeal against the decision issued on 11th September 2019 by the FUFA Competitions Disciplinary Panel (CDP) is dismissed. The decision of CDP Ordering that Proline FC loses the match against SC Villa by forfeiture, be docked six points and six goals from those accumulated or to be accumulated and a fine of UGX 5,000,000 be confirmed.
