Uganda Premier League reigning champions, KCCA FC has confirmed their first signing in the January mid-season transfer window.

The Lugogo based side on Thursday confirmed the arrival of utility player Moses Aliro Okabo on a five-year deal. The club announced on their official media outlets.

Aliro is a graduate of KCCA Soccer Academy having featured for them in the FUFA Juniors’ League during the 2015/2016 season.

He then left the club and has been playing for Dove All Stars in the FUFA Big League.

Aliro indicated he is happy to return to Lugogo and hopes to help the club attain its targets.

I am happy to be back here. I want to start again. The beauty is I know the players well and I played with most of them while in the KCCA academy like Kizza, Poloto, Magambo, Achai, Obenchan, Anaku and others.

KCCA FC is second on the league table with 38 points, four behind leaders Vipers SC.
